Joe Diamond
Chief Executive Officer
AllCampus Leadership
Joe has overseen the growth of AllCampus from scrappy start-up to a highly regarded industry leader with a sterling reputation for integrity and service.
His vision for building a workplace where people love what they do has contributed to AllCampus earning consistent recognition as a Best Place to Work by Crain’s Chicago Business and Built In Chicago.
Joe has spent more than 25 years in higher education, generating awareness and driving positive student outcomes. He joined Alloy Media + Marketing in 1997 as one of its first employees. He served in a variety of leadership roles at Alloy, overseeing significant growth of the startup. In the first 36 months, Alloy expanded from four employees to 200 and increased revenue from $3 million to $150 million, achieving an IPO in 1999. In 2012, AllCampus was carved out of Alloy Education as an independent business and Joe was named its CEO.
In addition to his duties as CEO of AllCampus, Joe served for eight years on the executive board of National Safe Place, a not-for-profit that provides access to immediate help and safety for youth in crisis.
Joe holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and graduated with honors in finance from the University of Florida. Most importantly, Joe is the proud father of three teenage daughters.
Tahsin Fathaulla
Chief Financial Officer

Tahsin has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving margins and developing robust financial models and methodologies that provide critical insights into business operations.
Tahsin has more than a decade of experience in finance, strategy and operations across education, retail and beyond. At AllCampus, she oversees financial planning, corporate finance, risk management and operational efficiency and she keeps the company’s financial strategy grounded in its mission as it grows.
Before joining the company, Tahsin served as vice president of finance & strategy at ReUp Education, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the company. In addition to her role at ReUp, Tahsin has contributed to the education sector through her work with TNTP, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring equal access to effective teachers for all students.
Tahsin holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering & Management.
Celeste Martinell
Chief Operations Officer

Celeste has more than 20 years of professional experience in operational leadership, guiding higher education and learning organizations through periods of rapid transformation.
In her role as chief operations officer, she applies her background to design strategies and implement procedures that support sustainable growth and AllCampus’ mission of making education more accessible for all.
At past positions, Celeste established herself as an expert in building and leading cross-functional teams that thrive in dynamic environments. As vice president for sales and customer success at BenchPrep, a software-as-a-service company, she spearheaded the expansion of a customer base that included credentialing bodies and training organizations. Celeste spent 10 years at Wiley University Services in various executive roles, leading operations and driving organic and inorganic growth strategies.
Celeste holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics from Ohio University.
Pranu Bhargava
EVP, Technology

Pranu leads AllCampus’ information technology and digital strategy efforts that span applications, compliance, cybersecurity and infrastructure.
With over 20 years of experience in technology, Pranu works hand-in-hand with all departments to help spur innovative ideas and solve new challenges. His teams are responsible for building and maintaining the technology capabilities that underpin the company’s data-driven enrollment management and retention initiatives. Pranu also oversees data security and compliance initiatives at the company.
Pranu has been with AllCampus since its foundation and has seen the company grow and scale to its current well-regarded position in the industry both as an higher education strategic partner and as a Best Places to Work employer.
Prior to AllCampus, Pranu worked as a technology consultant for a wide variety of companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Pranu holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
Jim Lummus

Jim is an experienced, growth-oriented leader with accomplishments encompassing sales, operations management, cross-functional team management, territory development, client relationship management and strategic planning.
As the executive responsible for the AllCampus sales, sales operations and market research teams, he works proactively to build successful partnerships with graduate degree and upskilling programs at top universities.
Jim gained a track record of combining rapid expansion and exceptional performance through his years of achievements at educational technology and online program management firms such as Zovio, Avenu Learning, Academic Partnerships, Deltak and Sylvan Learning. In these roles, he formed valuable relationships with major U.S. and international universities as well as private businesses.
Jim holds an MBA from Stetson University and a bachelor’s degree in education from Maryville College.
Andrea Maconachy
EVP, Marketing

Andrea brings nearly 20 years of experience in data-driven strategy, planning and creative execution to her role as executive vice president of marketing for AllCampus.
Amid significant growth at AllCampus over the decade, Andrea has built a talented cross-channel and creative marketing team from the ground up that supports the dynamic needs of our partners and prospective students.
Andrea is responsible for the marketing operations of over 150 higher education programs, and her proven track record of bringing strategic insight to the organization has contributed significantly to the organization’s growth.
In addition to managing the marketing efforts of our partners, Andrea oversees the development and maintenance of the AllCampus brand, including working with other industry experts to elevate and promote the shared work we produce and its impact on the growing market for online education.
Andrea graduated with honors from Miami University (Ohio) with a Bachelor of Science in Business and a concentration in marketing.
Sara Nolte
EVP, Enrollment Management
AllCampus Leadership
Sara oversees the AllCampus enrollment and student services teams. Her work managing and growing these teams through daily coaching, training and oversight drives the development and execution of strategies that produce real results for partner institutions.
Sara is responsible for ongoing evaluation of the company’s enrollment management and retention strategies. She has successfully cultivated and expanded our talented enrollment and student services teams in support of our continued growth.
Sara has more than 15 years of experience in admissions for both on-campus and online programs. She draws from her leadership experience to enhance the ability of talented professionals who provide outstanding service to our partners and their students while consistently exceeding enrollment and retention goals.
Prior to joining AllCampus, Sara worked at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Chamberlain College of Nursing and Keller Graduate School of Management.
Sara holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with an emphasis in print journalism from Illinois State University.
Heather Shulick
EVP, Human Resources

Heather oversees all human resource operations for AllCampus, including talent acquisition, benefits, employee relations and regulatory compliance.
With over 15 years of experience working for entrepreneurial-focused companies, she understands the strategy and requisite HR needs of a company with a fast-paced mentality and ever-changing dynamics.
Heather takes great pride in her contributions to building a company culture that has led to AllCampus being consistently named one of the Best Places to Work in Chicago from Crain’s Chicago Business and Built In Chicago.
Heather was previously employed by Alloy Education where she worked with a range of Fortune 500 and university clients. She is a SHRM-SCP certified human resource professional through the Society for Human Resource Management and is active with SHRM at both the local and national levels. She also serves as an Illinois state advocate for the SHRM A-Team, which advises lawmakers to help shape effective workplace public policy.
Heather holds a Master of Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University.
Eshanthika Wijesinha

Eshanthika brings over 20 years of experience leading strategy and operations within entrepreneurial environments focused on corporate learning and higher education.
At AllCampus, Eshanthika leads a cross-functional team focused on fostering and expanding client relationships, delivering exceptional experiences throughout the student journey, driving revenue growth and optimizing operational efficiency.
Prior to joining AllCampus, Eshanthika served in a number of roles across Wiley University Services, where she developed a strong reputation for thoughtful fiscal management, talent development and change initiative leadership. Eshanthika’s leadership was instrumental in implementing new standards and processes to ensure the reliable delivery of industry-leading program consulting, launch planning, course development and technology support. At Wiley, she also secured large business development contracts, managed the launch of strategic relationships and operations for new university partners and played a key role in establishing the company’s first international partnerships in the UK and Ireland.
Eshanthika holds a Master of Science in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Creighton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from Northwestern University.

Stephen Burnett
Former Associate Dean, Information Technology, Seattle University

Stephen Burnett is among the higher education leaders who helped set the standards for online and hybrid legal education.
With accomplishments spanning instructional and learning design, higher ed administration, consulting and academic publishing, his work has shaped the way universities offer legal education throughout his extensive career.
From his early role as a tenured professor and director of the law library at George Mason University School of Law to his advisory position at AllCampus, Stephen has dedicated his career to the legal publishing and technology spaces within higher education.
In partnership with some of America’s most well-regarded law schools, he has an impressive track record of building successful programs from the ground up, including a hybrid Juris Doctor (JD), Master of Laws (LLM) and online Master of Jurisprudence (MJ).
As law school advisor, Stephen cultivates and nurtures partnerships with universities that offer degree and certificate programs in the legal field. He considers each university’s unique market positioning, drawing on deep expertise in ABA requirements, degree structure, technology and curriculum development across specific disciplines of law.
He has worked closely with academic leaders at law schools, and serves as a true pioneer in bringing current and advanced technologies to the classroom.
Stephen earned his JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Master of Science in Library Science from Southern Connecticut State University. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from UCLA. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar Association.
Dennis Di Lorenzo

Dennis Di Lorenzo is a seasoned workforce development expert and executive with 30 years of progressive experience driving impactful training, education and leadership initiatives across diverse industries.
Dennis’s career spans leading global workforce development programs, managing extensive financial portfolios, and advancing public policy in K-12 education. With a deep understanding of trends affecting non-profit and higher education institutions, Dennis has consistently demonstrated his ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver sustainable solutions.
In his current role as director of skilling strategy at Micron Technology, Dennis focuses on crafting and implementing a robust, agile skills framework that aligns with organizational strategic goals. His expertise includes leading large teams, scaling pilot initiatives and leveraging technology and data analytics to anticipate future skill needs. His work ensures that organizations remain at the forefront of industry innovation.
Previously, as executive director at RIT Certified, Dennis expanded workforce development and professional training opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. His tenure as dean of the School of Professional Studies at New York University further highlighted his expertise in higher education leadership, where he managed a $160M budget, expanded global workforce programs and led a significant period of strategic transformation.
Jeff Goldberg
Dean Emeritus, College of Engineering, University of Arizona
AllCampus Advisory Council
As a professor, Jeff Goldberg became a renowned engineering educator and administrator. As a higher education administrator, Jeff helped to transform the brands of engineering colleges and invested heavily in online education through his support of strategies for student recruitment, retention and engineering education.
Jeff serves as emeritus dean and emeritus professor of systems and industrial engineering for the University of Arizona’s College of Engineering. He previously served as special advisor to the president.
Jeff brings significant professional and academic experience to these roles including designing emergency response systems in more than 10 metropolitan areas in North America. He co-led some of the earliest online learning initiatives at the College of Engineering and is also responsible for developing high school-to-college engineering programming that now serves as a national model.
Jeff holds a PhD in engineering from the University of Michigan. He also earned his bachelor’s and master’s in engineering from Cornell University.
Dee M. Robinson
President and CEO, Robinson Hill, Inc.

A visionary entrepreneur, analytical thinker and innovative leader, Dee M. Robinson understands the importance of acquiring new skills to excel in the corporate world.
Dee is committed to helping fellow professionals achieve their goals and make a positive impact by taking advantage of educational opportunities such as upskilling programs.
Dee has been president and CEO of Robinson Hill, Inc. since she founded the food and beverage and retail concessions management company in 1995. Under her strategic direction, Robinson Hill grew to over 500 employees while scaling operations in travel and tourism hubs from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport to Washington Reagan National Airport. She spearheaded joint ventures and partnerships for more than 60 airport restaurants and retail stores, teaming with iconic brands such as Hudson Group, Ben & Jerry’s, Frontera Grill and Potbelly Sandwich Works.
Dee’s work prior to starting Robinson Hill includes roles at Leo Burnett and Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products. Throughout her career, she has cultivated her ability to generate sustainable revenue growth by supporting new businesses and products, improving processes and inspiring the best from employees.
She has authored several books, including Courage by Design: Ten Commandments +1 for Moving Past Fear to Joy, Fulfillment and Purpose (SoundWisdom).
Dee is highly active on numerous boards, serving as a board director for Athena Consumer Acquisition Corp, Accel Entertainment and Wintrust Bank as well as a board member for C200 and PGA REACH.
For her many contributions to both businesses and civic organizations, Dee received the 2021 Fellowship Open National Civic Leadership Award and has been recognized as a HistoryMaker, Chicago United Business Leader of Color, Private Company Director Magazine’s Director to Watch, WomenInc.’s 2019 Most Influential Corporate Director and among the Top 100 Women of Influence.
Dee earned her Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Management Policy at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and completed an executive education program from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in Building a High-Performing Business.
Andy Safyer
Former Academic Dean, Institute for Clinical Social Work, Former Dean, Adelphi School of Social Work

Andy Safyer has dedicated his career to positively contributing to universities both on campus and across the larger communities within which they reside.
Throughout his career as a higher education administrator and professor of social work, he has helped to forge unique partnerships between universities and non-profit organizations working on a wide range of social justice issues.
Andy currently serves as a social work educational consultant and has a clinical practice with a focus on helping patients around trauma, substance use disorder and relationship issues. Andy is deeply committed to psychodynamic practice and social justice.
He is the former academic dean at the Institute for Clinical Social Work where he oversaw psychodynamic graduate studies. He also has over thirty years of experience in higher education including leadership positions at highly regarded institutions such as Boston University and Adelphi University.
Andy holds a PhD in Social Work and Psychology from the University of Michigan where he also earned his MSW and his Master’s in Psychology. He is a licensed social worker in Massachusetts, New York, Illinois and Minnesota.
David Urban
Dean Emeritus and Professor of Marketing, Jones College of Business, Middle Tennessee State University

With over 20 years of experience as a leader in higher education and over 40 years of teaching experience, David brings extensive proficiency as a creative and results-oriented academic administrator to the AllCampus Advisory Council.
David has held several leadership roles, including as dean of the Jennings A. Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University, where he gave overall direction and made decisions regarding strategic planning, administrative structure, operational processes and academic affairs. He was also responsible for external affairs, including marketing, fundraising and alumni affairs.
One of David’s achievements at MTSU was the transformation of the university’s MBA program into a flexible opportunity for prospective students, with 12-month accelerated and 100% online options. He also pioneered MTSU’s exclusive Dale Carnegie Initiative, which improves soft skills by requiring all undergraduate business majors to complete the Dale Carnegie Course in Human Relations and Communication as part of their degree.
Prior to his work at MTSU, David served at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business in roles including professor, chair for the marketing department, interim dean and associate dean.
Throughout his career, David has garnered professional success in fundraising, external relations/community engagement, marketing and student success. David has received many fellowships, honors and awards, including being appointed “Tennessee Colonel, Aide de Camp” by Tennessee Governor Bill Lee in 2020.
David holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Michigan. He also holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a concentration in marketing from the University of Virginia.
Kathleen Winston
Dean Emeritus, Consultant Higher Education

As a thought leader and transformational leader, Kathleen O’Grady Winston, PhD, RN, brings breadth and depth of higher education experience and a natural talent and enthusiasm for mentoring the next generation of nursing and higher education leaders.
Dr. Winston retired as the Dean for the College of Nursing at the University of Phoenix on January 31, 2022, and continues to serve the college as Dean Emeritus. She is also a consultant for nursing and health sciences across the country and provides a wide range of services to support nursing practice, research and education.
Inspired by her father, Col. John F. O’Grady, a Vietnam MIA/POW, Kathleen developed her passion for service at a young age. That passion was cultivated during her educational journey at the University of Nevada Las Vegas undergraduate School of Nursing where she received both her associate and bachelor of science degrees in nursing, which generated a career of inspirational service to others.
Widely regarded as an expert, administrator, scholar and leader in higher education, Dr. Winston’s experience in undergraduate and graduate nursing education spans more than thirty years. Her experience includes directing an externally funded National Institutes of Health (NIH) research grant for graduate education in high-risk home healthcare nursing practice. As a curriculum expert, Dr. Winston was a lead author for the California Healthcare Workforce standardized nursing curriculum state-wide project.
Dr. Winston has served on academic and community advisory committees, served as graduate student thesis advisor and provided curriculum consultation to schools across the country.
She has practiced clinically and conducted and published research in public and community health. She authored a chapter on family role distribution and confusion for Family Health Promotion, an ANA Book of the Year. Her research interests include the study of post-gastric bypass surgery patients and transfer addiction.
As a recognized leader and administrator in nursing education, Dr. Winston was invited as a member of the Governors Nursing Shortage Taskforce in California, which resulted in the creation of an enrollment growth project funded by the state legislature and continuing today. Dr. Winston formed strategic partnerships with healthcare agencies throughout southern California helping to create a blueprint for clinical access for nursing education programs. Dr. Winston is an active member of a variety of professional organizations and honor societies including Sigma Theta Tau and Delta Epsilon Sigma.
Dr. Winston has been the recipient of several honors and recognition for leadership and service as a Dean of Nursing and received a research award from the Association of California Nurse Leaders (ACNL) to support her academic scholarship. Most recently, Dr. Winston was named an Athena Award finalist, a prestigious recognition of female leaders in the community.
Prior to retirement and the assignment with the University of Phoenix, Dr. Winston was a nurse educator in the California University System at three premier universities, three California Community Colleges, a private for-profit institution and non-profit university.
Dr. Winston holds a PhD in Nursing Science and Educational Leadership from the University of San Diego where she also received a Master of Science in Family Health Nursing and Nursing Education.
Today, Dr. Winston works as a mentor, coach and advocate for nursing leadership succession planning as she develops strategic plans for preparing the next generation of nurse educators and nursing academic leaders.
Dr. Winston has an insatiable interest in preparing nurses for practice, education and leadership and is the champion for mentoring new nurse educators. Dr. Winston enthusiastically promotes the accomplishments of faculty, staff and colleagues and believes it is her responsibility and her reward to advance opportunities and advocate on behalf of those who directly impact student success.
Dr. Winston enjoys her husband John, daughter Tristen, and her Bichon Frise, Coco Chanel, who provide her with unconditional love and support as she enjoys her career as a nurse, educator and administrator.
