  1. AllCampus Recognized as #26 in Crain’s Chicago Business “Best Places to Work” Ranking

CHICAGO, April 12, 2018 — AllCampus, an integrated marketing agency providing online program management (OPM) services for universities, has achieved the #26 ranking on the 2018 Crain’s Chicago Business “Best Places to Work” list. This was the first year that AllCampus participated in this popular annual ranking that gives employees in Chicago the opportunity to evaluate their company on everything from benefits and perks to career growth and personal development.

“We recognize that our employees are at the heart of our continued success and are committed to their wellbeing,” said Heather Shulick, executive vice president of human resources. AllCampus recently initiated a thorough review of its benefits package to ensure it aligns with the expectations of today’s workforce. The company expanded work-life benefits including paid family leave, flextime, telecommuting, paid time off for volunteering, and reimbursements for professional development.

As an OPM, AllCampus provides integrated marketing, enrollment and other services to help traditional universities successfully manage and grow their online degree, certificate and continuing education programs. In the past 12 months, AllCampus welcomed seven universities as new partners and added more than 25 online programs to its roster. To accommodate this growth, the company expects to increase its employee count in 2018 by 30 percent.

“A large portion of the satisfaction so many of us feel here can be attributed to our clients,” said AllCampus CEO Joe Diamond. He added, “We have the privilege to work with some of the leading universities in the world. Our clients are passionate about their work, which enriches the lives of students everywhere. That spirit inspires our team and makes the work we do so gratifying. In turn, we make a conscious effort to focus on our own employees’ satisfaction, because we know that if they love what they do, their work quality will be even higher and our clients will be happier. It’s a virtuous cycle.”

Besides offering comprehensive insurance, retirement benefits and work-life balance, AllCampus fosters a fun work environment with a family feel. “When you add it all up, AllCampus promotes a culture of trust and respect. It makes for a friendly, supportive company that we’re all proud to work for,” said Shulick.

To support the launch and growth of the online MS in Applied Statistics, AllCampus is providing services including creative, recruitment, enrollment and retention. “Teaming up with AllCampus enables the university to extend the reach of our graduate programs in the Department of Applied Economics and Statistics (APEC) and help students become qualified candidates for the growing number of positions in data,” says Thomas Ilvento, Ph.D., chair of University of Delaware’s APEC.

The rigorous curriculum, developed by faculty and data professionals from leading organizations, is delivered in a flexible online format, enabling students to acquire the skills they need to enter or advance in the field without disrupting their careers and incurring relocation costs.

The projected growth rate of job demand for statisticians between 2014 and 2024 is 34 percent, according the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. UD’s case study-based approach to learning and free access to SAS software, a widely-used tool by organizations to mine, modify, manage and analyze data sets that may be very large and complex, provides students with experiential training and excellent preparation for well-paying jobs in data. The median annual wage for statisticians in 2016 was $80,500, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

“AllCampus is honored to partner with the University of Delaware in this endeavor. As marketing data experts, ourselves, this is a particularly gratifying program for us to support.
