Celeste has more than 20 years of professional experience in operational leadership, guiding higher education and learning organizations through periods of rapid transformation. In her role as head of operations for AllCampus, she applies that background to design strategies and implement procedures that facilitate sustainable business growth and our goal of making education more accessible for all.
At past positions, Celeste established herself as an expert in building and leading cross-functional teams that thrive in dynamic environments. For example, as vice president for sales and customer success at BenchPrep, a software-as-a-service company, she spearheaded the expansion of a customer base that included credentialing bodies and training organizations. Previously, she spent 10 years at Wiley University Services in various executive roles, leading operations and driving organic and inorganic growth strategies. Celeste holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics from Ohio University.
