Executive Vice President of Operations

As executive vice president of operations, Eshanthika brings over 20-years of experience leading strategy and operations within entrepreneurial environments focused on corporate learning and higher education. At AllCampus, Eshanthika leads a cross-functional team focused on fostering and expanding client relationships, the delivery of exceptional experiences throughout the student journey, driving revenue growth and optimizing operational efficiency.

Just prior to joining AllCampus, Eshanthika served in a number of roles across Wiley University Services, developing a strong reputation for thoughtful fiscal management, talent development and driving change initiatives. Eshanthika’s leadership was instrumental in implementing new standards and processes to ensure the reliable delivery of industry-leading program consulting, launch planning, course development, and technology support. At Wiley, she also secured large business development contracts, managed the launch of strategic relationships and operations for new university partners and played a key role in establishing the company’s first international partnerships in the UK and Ireland. Eshanthika holds a Master of Science in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Creighton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from Northwestern University.
