Health

Our affordable, comprehensive health coverage is available to full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week. This extends to the employee’s spouse, eligible domestic partner or dependents up to age 26. These benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance.

Group Medical Insurance and HSA Contribution

At AllCampus, we are committed to supporting the well-being of our employees and their families by offering a choice of comprehensive medical plans — PPO, HDHP and HMO (Illinois residents only). Each plan includes 100% coverage for in-network preventive care. For those who choose the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), we offer a Health Savings Account (HSA) that allows you to save pre-tax dollars for eligible out-of-pocket expenses, such as deductibles and coinsurance. To go above and beyond, AllCampus contributes $1,000 annually to each employee’s HSA, exceeding the national average of employer contributions. Plus, the funds in your HSA roll over year after year, so there’s no “use it or lose it” rule — enabling you to build lasting savings for your future healthcare needs.

Dental

Group Dental Insurance

At AllCampus, we offer two generous PPO dental plans designed to meet the diverse needs of your family. You can choose between two coverage levels:

  • The High PPO Plan, which covers 100% of preventive and diagnostic services and includes comprehensive orthodontic coverage.
  • The Low PPO Plan, which provides 90% coverage for preventive and diagnostic services.

At AllCampus, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we are committed to protecting you and your family when unexpected challenges arise. To ensure you’re financially covered in both the short and long term, we proudly offer comprehensive disability insurance completely free of cost.

AllCampus provides 100% company-paid short-term disability (STD) coverage. If you become disabled as determined by a physician, our plan covers 60% of your weekly salary up to $2,500, helping to ease financial stress during your recovery. Considering that 1 in 5 working Americans has been out of work for an extended period in the past 10 years due to a condition, injury or illness, having this kind of coverage can be crucial to keeping your financial footing.

For more serious health concerns that last beyond your short-term coverage, our long-term disability (LTD) plan steps in after a 90-day waiting period. The plan provides 60% of your monthly salary, up to $10,000, at no cost to you. This is especially important since 1 in 4 20-year-olds will experience a long-term disability before they retire. With LTD coverage, you have the peace of mind that you’ll be supported financially, even during extended periods away from work.

In addition to disability coverage, AllCampus offers 100% company-paid basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, both providing coverage in the amount of $25,000. This ensures that your family has a financial safety net in the event of the unexpected.

For added protection, you also have the option to purchase supplemental life and AD&D insurance for yourself and your family, giving you greater peace of mind and enhanced financial security.

Accident and hospital indemnity plans pay a fixed dollar amount to enrolled employees who experience covered events. Accident coverage pays benefits for accidental injuries. 401(k)

The AllCampus 401(k) plan is designed to support your long-term financial well-being, allowing you to contribute a portion of your earnings toward your future retirement. With a wide range of investment options, including a socially responsible investment fund, you have the flexibility to invest in ways that align with your values. You can contribute as much as you like on a pre-tax basis up to the IRS limits.

In addition to your contributions, AllCampus enhances your retirement savings with employer contributions. We provide a 1% profit-sharing contribution to all eligible employees’ 401(k) accounts, regardless of whether the employee makes their own contributions. Furthermore, for employees who do contribute, we offer a matching contribution, allowing for a total employer contribution (profit-sharing plus match) of up to 3% of your income.

What sets AllCampus apart is our 401(k) vesting schedule. Many companies require you to stay with the company for several years before you are fully “vested” in the employer’s contributions, meaning you might lose a portion of the match if you leave the company early. However, at AllCampus, all employer contributions are 100% vested immediately. This means you have full ownership of the contributions from day one, no waiting period required.

Additionally, we match your contributions with every paycheck, ensuring that both your contributions and our match go into the market immediately. This gives you the benefit of compounding growth from the moment the contributions are made, helping you maximize your retirement savings.

According to national data, the average private-sector employee receives 10 days of PTO per year, while AllCampus offers up to 18 days for full-time employees from the start, with opportunities to accrue even more based on your tenure. Paid Leave Benefits

While many companies offer minimal paid leave and require employees to share the cost of disability premiums, AllCampus goes above and beyond. We fully invest in your well-being by covering all disability insurance costs and providing generous paid leave options — including extensive bereavement leave that’s rare in our industry. Our commitment means you can take the time you need for yourself and your family — without the financial strain.

At AllCampus, we offer a comprehensive range of paid leave options to support our employees during significant life events. Eligible employees can take up to 12 weeks of leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for events such as personal or family illness or the arrival of a new child. Our baby bonding leave provides new parents with up to six weeks of fully paid leave to bond with their newborn or newly adopted child, running concurrently with FMLA to maximize benefits.

For those facing a serious medical condition, we offer up to two weeks of paid medical leave, which can be combined with short-term disability benefits if eligible. Employees caring for an immediate family member with a serious health condition can also receive up to two weeks of paid caregiver leave.

In times of loss, our bereavement leave provides generous paid time off: up to 15 days for the loss of a spouse or child, up to 10 days for the loss of a parent or sibling and up to three days for the loss of a grandparent, grandchild, parent-in-law, grandparent-in-law, aunt or uncle. For pregnancy and adoption losses, we offer three days of paid bereavement leave plus seven days of unpaid leave, with the option to use regular PTO during this period. We prioritize flexibility and compassion — simply notify your manager or human resources as soon as possible, and be aware that documentation may be required.
